Why this exists
Better systems should make room for a better life.
Work Smart, Not Hard is for technology entrepreneurs who want to build ambitious companies without treating exhaustion as a business strategy.
Technology is only part of the answer
Technology can remove friction, create opportunity, and help small teams achieve remarkable things. Sustainable progress also depends on sound decisions, healthy working habits, resilient teams, and systems that still work when pressure rises.
This site brings those pieces together: practical technology, entrepreneurship, productivity, and founder wellbeing. The goal is to help you spend less energy on avoidable complexity and more on work that creates lasting value.

Editorial trust
Useful, transparent, and accountable
Articles are selected for a clear reader problem and reviewed for practical value, factual consistency, and honest limitations. Important claims are checked against primary sources, official documentation, recognised research, or clearly identified expert sources where practical.
Didrik’s operating experience informs the questions and decision criteria used here. Unless an article explicitly describes first-hand testing, product details and comparisons are based on cited research, official documentation, provider information, and independent editorial analysis.

Working smarter is not about squeezing more tasks into every day. It is about choosing better problems, building clearer systems, using technology deliberately, and protecting the attention required to do meaningful work.
